Hi thanks for this excellent tutorial. I recently started css gallery website and for adding website to this gallery i want a tool to automaticall create thumbnail and a large image. and i came to your tutorial thanks for this help. it works for me more than 100%.

What if you have both horizontal and verticle images and want the thumbs to be the same size (100×200)? This would obviously require some cropping on the horizontal image, is there a way to build that into this action & batch?

GREAT! But…. I need to optimize these thumbnails for the web, to get them the smallest file size I can. So when I’m recording my actions, I choose Save For Web and Devices and it records all my settings but it also records which folder I chose to save that file in, and while using the Batch process, that folder destination is not overwritten. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

It is a cool idea. But they’ve been around for a while. Ironically, the first time I saw a shopping cart escalator was at the Bed Bath and Beyond in Manhattan in 2002. I now work at Target Corporate and yes, we have one in downtown Minneapolis.

As often as I went to this main page, and as often as I had seen this blog post, I never actually took the time to read it. Until now.

That’s kinda freaky what happened to your hand. I can only imagine what it felt like. I broke my arm when I was young, but I really don’t remember the pain as much as the cast that came with it.

I’m glad you still have feeling in your hand. I was afraid you were gonna say you don’t have any feeling in those fingers.
